I have 4chanX installed on my browser but 4chan has its own filtering system where you add keywords you want filtered out.

First click on the filters link on the right side of the catalog. Then from there you can add all the keywords you want filtered like raped, tony, kwaboty, etc etc so if a post pops up with those words you won't see it.
