the main reason i was sure raquel was the angle with dakota, and that they'd want to have a heel that they are pushing in the finals vs lyra, who i thought was gonna win. i think the heel from Q3, in this case zoey instead of raquel, still goes over, because i still think lyra is the most likely winner. if not, then dakota will be in the finals vs KLR. NXTUK GAWDS will finally be vindicated.
