If you are the head of a big company, you do have to make decisions regularly that are going to hurt people and you do have to be the bad guy at times. Everyone is going to think it's a personal shot even if it always isn't.
Vince had a 40 year run. You can point to all kinds of things and it's hard to remember all of them. I'd say his worst hits were not taking better precautions to prevent Owen's death, not doing more to stop the Mel Phillips stuff and his love of bullying people like JR and Finkel.
