Here's an experiment: take a "classic" Hogan or Angle match and watch it side-by-side with a modern 4-star match. These supposedly great workers will look like they're moving in slow-motion.

Hogan's best attributes were his mic work, look, and charisma
His wrestling wasn't anything special and was oftentimes shit because he knew he didn't need to try cause a hulk up and a point was all the crowd needed to see to go wild
