Mox has taken over AEW and is bullying jobbers until they reignite the fire that burnt in AEW and return it to its better days or something. The Elite were doing a similar angle before this, so AEWtists believe they will return to AEW soon as faces to save AEW from Mox (who is trying to improve AEW). This completely ignores the fact that The Bucks are currently just playing their same heel EVP characters in NJPW (probably because NJPW played this storyline out months ago, before Tony changed his mind and scraped the evil EVP Bucks storyline)
