Tony doesn't have his feet on the ground. He's constantly being validated in his choices by these carnies, which makes it impossible for him to see that his booking decisions are driving viewers away.
If Tony Khan was a wrestler himself, he would have known this is what they're doing and never would've allowed it, but he isn't. Tony's a mark. He's a fan.
And Tony's heroes are telling him that he's based for booking them so little for so much money, because they're just as fucking retarded as him and lack foresight.
They're making $300k now. The WWE won't pay them a fucking dime.
Guys like Cody knew that. Penta and Fenix know that. This is an express gravy train, not good for the long haul.
