Probably not. They'd have to introduce some of their talent to the American audience through NXT first. I've never watched NOAH and couldn't tell you a single person who wrestles there. I could possibly see an event with them in 2026. WWE could do a Japanese show on their own but I don't think they want to encroach on Japanese wrestling like that without throwing them a bone.

Any Japs (or other foreigners) that are serious about getting over in WWE need to learn English. Even being able to do a promo in broken English goes a long way.

Chris explicitly stated they're working in tandem with Netflix for PPV locations. That's in line with Netflix's current strategy of pushing for international growth due to domestic sub growth slowing to a crawl.
The idea here is to use the partnership to market eachother to push growth in new areas.
