It depends on how you look.
If you're 5'6 and 155 lbs. I'd suggest a running knee.
If you're 5'10 and a 350 lbs. maybe a Tsunami type maneuver.
If you're a 6'2 lanklet, some type of submission move, a 6'2 bodybuilder than some type of power move.
Also it depends on your gimmick and background.
A soccer player should use a penalty kick. Etc.
