I'm pretty sure he talked about it before, even, saying he was done when Vince was done and that was it. I don't think he's a big fan of Triple H and if you think about it, they didn't ever rub up against each other very much.
He's legitimately done. If he comes back, it'll be for a retirement match or something and it won't be for a few years. But knowing Brock's LEGENDARY stubborness?
I doubt he even shows up if he's inducted into the Hall of Fame, so he probably never will be. He didn't show up for Heyman's entry.
