Balding is a death sentence, 100%. Zoomer girls aren't going to go for receding hairlines, bald spots, or shaved heads. Gray/salt and pepper hair won't bother the vast majority of them, and some are actively chasing older guys because they dislike the immaturity of guys their age (they're also obviously immature but don't think they are)
