People will watch badly booked shows, people will watch bad matches. But people will not watch a show where the least interesting guys on the roster are taking up all the TV time.
This doesn't solely fall on the talent, these guys would be great booked to be squashed in sub 5 minute matches.
But if you think the ratings are bad now, wait until Adam Cole stays uninjured long enough to win the title.
