It's not. Her very first match back when she went to do the hip attack she went into her Timeless pose for a second but had to stop and remember to throw up the horns instead. Then during the interview with RJ she pauses and reacts to Mariah's name differently than the others she was asked about before switching back on and making her comment about her

The severe mental trauma suffered when she was betrayed by the woman she was closest to (Mariah), combined with the actual physical brain trauma (concussion) that she suffered in the match where she lost the title to her. This is storytelling 101.

I'd give you that as it wouldn't be the first time a title loss set her off like that except she continued to do the Timeless gimmick in Japan and Mexico after until she all of a sudden said she was retiring. It's just a ruse

a lose brought on her Timeless gimmick so why didnt she revert to her outcast gimmick?
that said she needs now for Luther to try and jog her memory and tell her of the time she was Timeless. There needs to be another mental struggle thats not amnesia. All about Eve was the movie they took Mariahs story from. Sunset Boulevard is Storms. How they get to that end or adapt to it is on them but its being poorly executed.
