Nobody has an appetite for that shit in 2024/25. Lets be real. Too many people hide behind the guise of, "it's just a joke" and, "it's just a character" and contribute to harmful rhetoric against women just to actually be a real nasty human and have men act out against women on their behalf.
Ricochet isn't doing that but this cool little pocket he has found for himself will turn on him quick if this is a path he REALLY wants to go down. Society has been too fractured in the last few years with real life consequences for Ricochet, or anyone, to succeed in doing this type of gimmick. Nobody is watching wrestling for reminders on what exists on the fringes of real life. What is a real and genuine threat to society as a whole.
