Why is a 6ft+ genetic male allowed to hold the mudshow Womens Championship? When Tessa Blanchard won the Mens Championship, everyone said it was retarded because she couldn't square up to a bloke. If Oba Femi trooned out could he face Roxanne Perez and that be a valid and competitive and acceptable match? The only difference is that when the bloke has long hair and make up it's fine and when the bloke is a bloke it's not fine. I don't know who this person is but I would assume the answer to your question is because they shoot identify as a woman and thus compete solely for women's championships.
If they sell tickets and are a good worker, that would be the reason that a promoter would put their title on them.

I thankfully am not trans nor do I have gender dysphoria so I can't tell you how their brains work, but I would hazard to guess that they don't believe they are a genetic male playing dress up as a female, so it would technically be intergender yes.
