Riki Choshu's booking in the 90s (which all happened in spite of Inogay) is honestly the only reason NJPW retains any bit of relevance it has.
Choshu > Inogay as a booker, a wrestler, and a man, and he's on a long list of guys who were better in all three categories including Baba, Misawa, Mutoh, Hashimoto, Tenryu, etc, etc
