It means that Sol Rica is a better wrestler than Will Ospreay because she learned the basics of quality over quantity and making moves count by selling them.

As to whether she's as good or better athlete or better at doing the moves than Will, that's up for debate, and useless debate at that for the above mentioned reason.

she's literally an average PC shitter. She's not bad, but she gets the "deer in the headlights" look at least once a match. She's better than some of the women in NXT and WWE, but that's not saying much. She has one of the worst finishers of all time. Osperay has gotten so much better over the years and started working more and save his flips for a few spots per match. She's also been wrestling for two years, so not a fair comparison.
