What is it about him that makes his haters so deranged compared to any other wrestler? I've never seen such a rabid haterbase.
Like everytime the guy does something you know there's gonna be 30 anti-Punk threads popping up every single day for the whole week.

It's fun to make fun of Punk because Philfags take it so personally. It's hilarious to see the elaborate headcanon they come up with so they never have to admit he was ever in the wrong about literally ANYTHING. Punk isn't your friend and he would probably hate you if you ever met him.

I was a huge Punk smark back in the day but the UFC stint was the beginning of the end. He did not crown himself in glory following his WWE departure and became more of a clown. Jobbing out to amateurs and cans, crawling back to some WWE talk show and getting worked into a shoot by the Miz, failures in comics and Hollywood and then going back to AEW where his diva mindset was fully shown. I used to like him and thought he was cool but I was a mark back then.
