Omos can work his craft and get better, he'll get more attention from the smarky crowd, he's literally a gigantic black man that stands out from literally every human being in Japan, so it instantly gets attention for the promotion.

NOAH is relatively small, but still gets a WWE name working there and even if this goes wrong, nobody will really care.

It's a win/win scenario with no possible down side... Unless I dunno, Omos chimps out and murders half the japanese population
