>>16613992i don't watch AEW but you'd be looking for the same characteristics - veteran, respected and well liked, interested in taking a leadership role, featured enough to be there frequently (don't know if they'd have like a roman equivalent who isn't there enough to be considered a locker room leader). newer company so hard to say there's any AEW specific respect built there, so it'd all carry over from prior promotions.
looking at their roster on their website, taking some wild guesses, i'd assume definitely dustin, sting, kenny and the bucks, likely bobby, MVP, danielson, briscoe, maybe moxley, jericho, big show, joe.
i really don't know enough about the women's division in AEW other than to say it's probably not britt baker.
