Okada had Tanahashi, Shibata, Naito, and Omega to build a name for himself off of. Umino was branded the future ace right out off of coming out of excursion at a time when the company is far weaker.
I don't think he's him. But want things out of him at this point of his career that he simply can't deliver. But I think he'll be solid in a few years.
