Don't know what it means but maybe three tribal chiefs/leaders of a group? It'd make sense for Heyman to screw Solo and Roman over, the former for being a shit to him and the latter for abandoning him to Solo. This would line up with Punk's favor with Heyman too, getting Rock and/or his group to help him win the Rumble.
