That seems to be why they broke off their partnership with AJPW to work with NOAH instead. But I would guess that by the time the ABEMA deal expires and WWE moves to Netflix in Japan, AEW will have declined even more, and WWE might be interested in working with the biggest Japanese promotion, which would also be a hilarious flex over AEW.
