Mark Henry Claims Hulk Hogan Never Wanted to Fix Things After Racist Comments

No.16693410 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Hulk Hogan’s appearance at the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere in Los Angeles drew boos from the crowd, and wrestling legend Mark Henry says he’s not surprised by the reaction. Speaking to TMZ, Henry weighed in on why the reception for Hogan was so negative.

“With the social climate and the things [Hulk’s] said and done and his lack of effort to try and fix it, people are gonna come down on it,” Henry explained. His comments refer to Hogan’s infamous 2015 scandal, where he was suspended from the WWE Hall of Fame for three years after being caught using racist language on tape.

Henry didn’t hold back in addressing Hogan’s lack of accountability. “He never wanted to go forward and fix it. That’s what happens when you think everything is gonna go away. It’s not gonna go away,” Henry said.

Hogan’s return to WWE for the Netflix debut was tied to promotional efforts for Real American Beer, but the audience’s reaction overshadowed his involvement. The incident serves as a reminder that Hogan’s past controversies continue to follow him, despite efforts to rebuild his reputation.
