Yes, the booking has been a mess since Okada has been learning on his feet and didn't have Rossy's game plan. But he's got potential. Meanwhile, there's a strong main event scene, very talented midcarders, and the rookies hold a lot of promise.
If they could just find a way to bring back the soul of the company (bring back pre-match interviews, give us English subtitles once again, etc), I really think they could have some strong times ahead.
