Whites and blacks are so distinct genetically that you would share less genes with your mixed-race child than you share with a stranger of your same race. This is because you don't have to go too far back for people within your race to be related. Those shared genes constitute racial similarities that define each race. A mixed race black/white child might as well be half-alien.
