Great Antonio was a legit monster of a guy, of course he shouldn't sell scrawny ass Inoki's shitty strikes. If Inoki was legit he would've found different ways to win the match, watch how Great Antonio just falls down and stays there thinking Inoki was going to start working some submissions or whatever and instead he just gets kicked in the face.
This outlaw ref is also garbage, he should've disqualified Inoki but he didn't even start a five count when Great Antonio was on the ropes.

Honestly, someone saying this is a massive red flag. They've obviously never watched wrestling. If they did, they'd know that wrestling doesn't present itself as being an actual contest. No one is being fooled by wrestling, and that's not the intention. So whenever someone says this, it's because their inclination is to mock and belittle something they know nothing about. I think it comes from a feeling of insecurity. It can't just be "I've never checked that out before." They have to have some reason why wrestling is beneath them. It's a really terrible sign, and it indicates that this isn't a person you want in your life.

Its real, the notion that its not emerged in 1990 when sports commitee tried to regulate wrestling and wanted Vince Mcmahon to pay sports taxes, thats when he came up with an idea, what if it was fake, so he paid lots of journalists to write stories and make exposé about wrestling being fake and told wrestlers to say that its "predetermined", it was all a conspiracy to avoid taxes but we the real fans know that these stories are fake and wrestling is real.
