420chan shut down not long after /pw/ was created, about a year. this led a lot of posters from there to migrate here - this influx of posters primarily looking to discuss "the competition," coinciding with a downturn in AEW's quality and an upturn in WWE's, created a lot of friction on the board, and seems to have activated schizophrenia in a lot of people.
personally i think console warring and taking up for your favorite wrestling company like it's a part of your identity is beyond fucking gay. roleplaying as a suit like you care about ratings and quarterly earnings is beyond deranged. the ultimate mark behavior.
