He is also based, because whenever he brings up star ratings, he reminds everyone that Kurt Angle doesn't have a 5 star match, which is based, he even asked Meltzer directly why he never gave Kurt a 5 stars match. (Spoiler: Meltzer didn't answer, he only said that he gave him 4,75 plenty of times which is "basically a 5")
