Rock Austin is symbolic of era more than being a great rivalry. Their actual feuds and buildups sucked.
Austin's real rivalry was of course Vince, and Rocks was HHH or Foley

98/99 feud was quite kino. 2003 didn't have much happening but what happened was kino.

It's only the 1997 feud and especially 2001 one that are underwhelming.
