The second match was better. A time limit draw done right. Omega collapsing to avoid the rainmaker was a great finish.
The third match was an abridged version in a tournament. Basically their greatest hits. It showed progression in the story. First Omega wasn't able to beat Okada, then he took him to a draw, now he was able to beat him in a tournament setting.
Their final match was probably the best because of the story and hype behind it. They were 1-1-1 and the only ones at that level with one another. The 2/3 falls no time limit stip was fitting for the feud. The way they did it like rounds and reset after each fall was great and made it seem realistic.
It was 18 months and watching along at the time, it really made the IWGP title feel important. Watching Omega progress and win over the crowd was great. Okada had been built up like Roman Reigns with his title run. So it was a fitting way to dethrone him.
