They could do this well if they wanted to. Have it Bianca took her out (have Bianca turn heel) and that she was sick of babysitting her (but was really jealous). Also have it hat Bianca is scared of her/wants to punish her and is using her heel influence to have her sent down to NXT.
Then have Jade get better, win a title or two, become legit dominant, all to eventually return to the main roster and have her revenge of Bianca.
Only works if Jade is interested in getting better and/or playing the long game.

Jade is likeable enough, people want to like her, but yes, she isn't very good. Hence her being sent back down to NXT.

Her first few months in aew have been way better than in wwe. Being presented as a big free agent signing, being off TV, returns, stuck in a tag team, then written off to go back down to the PC.

This. No shit she squashed people. She didn't even know how to wrestle when she started there. But by the time she left she could at least have solid enough singles matches that they could put her on ppv without having to hide her in tags. She felt like a star too. Way bigger than she feels a year into her WWE run

Her matches were never about quality, she was just sexy black female Goldberg who also cosplayed sometimes.

WWE took everything away because Triple K thought a female monster should be having in ring clinics in the same company where Nia Jax is still employed.

Getting real Ultimate Warrior feelings about this one, great body and lots of potential to work with but she's just not a good wrestler. She also has less than a quarter of the presence UW had so that's not helping her.
Pretty sad about it overall, was hoping training and practice would make her better but there has been little to no improvement.

I love HHH just keeps buying Tony's toys and doesn't think about the long term. Anyone could tell Jade hit her ceiling right away, she wasn't going to get better and only sees wrestling as a launching pad to Hollywood. Why mark Haitch would buy her when they have Bianca, Naomi and newcomers like Lash and Jaida is beyond me. Jade has a look but that is all she has.

It takes a long time to properly train someone. They have to completely deprogram her and wash the stink of her early career off. Then they have to teach her how to work, foundationally. From the ground up. She looks like she may need frequent refreshers as well, her retention may not be the highest.
