>>16804002You're absolutely fucking retarded if you think that Cole was on gear in that first picture. That's what a guy in his 20's looks like with the bare minimum of diet and gym investment. If he had shit genetics while taking steroids, he'd at least be more vascular and have way more definition.
>>16804009People go through a small puberty in their early 30's. Sometimes your voice changes, sometimes your hairline starts to go, sometimes you gain face fat. Cole is definitely aging like shit. He's gaining weight and lost his jaw and hairline.
>>16804016He can still do upper body isometrics. Weight training for hypertrophy is not hard on the joints or ligaments at all. The main thing is using a lighter weight, while doing high volume. I doubt Cole has done any weight training in the past year. If he's too hurt to lift weights, he's definitely too hurt to wrestle.
>>16804443Eh. I'm conflicted on roids in wrestling. On one hand, everyone should look like they can kick ass. On the other, I wouldn't want to ruin my hormone production for life, just for a few years on TV. Leanness doesn't work for TV, it just makes you look small. That's why guys with definition like Hook or OC look like shit. If you saw them in real life, they actually look pretty good compared to 95% of men nowadays. A lot of wrestlers that look big or decent on TV, actually don't have that much muscle definition. When you see them in real life, they just look like a chubby guy unless they are 6'4+. More wrestlers need to focus on their physiques though. Especially in AEW.
