If it were that easy, literally everyone with any sense in their head would do it. Every single actor, musician, athlete would do it to set up multiple 7-figure revenue streams for when their main career petered out. But that's not reality.
In a similar vein, you cannot simply buy 100 cars for cheap and drive them to another market where cars sell for more, and make a killing. It doesn't work at scale, there's too many other costs, and local dealers will close the gap before you ever recoup your investment let alone make enough profit to sustain a career. You found a free couch on Craigslist, drove to another city and sold it for $50? Great! Now do that 200 times in a single month. Not so easy now, is it?
