Long answer: Pro Wrestling was considered nekulturnost entertainment because they could never find a way to integrate promoting socialist/communist virtues into it. Circus acts weren't a place to display your country's leaders, whether it be in a positive or negative light, and they didn't even want to bring in the idea that there were citizens out there that didn't conform to Russian/Soviet values. So you can't get heat on your babyface because you can't make it look weak at all and because there's no fucking heel in the first place. All you have is fixed grappling that promoted rubes arguing about whether it was real or not when they knew for certain all the other shit they were good at was.
