What is the root problem that caused the massive ratings and attendance collapse that started in 2023-2024? Is it really all that CM Punk stuff? I can't imagine so much of their audience being Punk cultists.

The shows just got stale in general. Obviously losing Punk was a big deal but I think the booking is the biggest problem.

It was an obvious ratings ploy and only proved tony to be a little bitch who still lets punk live rent-free in his head (although to be fair, the same can be said for punk as well). It doesn't help that the ratings have been in a constant decline ever since that episode.

aew's hottest was due to frustration of fans from wwe being shit. people came back once wwe changed up the slop formula a little bit. aew is now what wwe was during their recent low. no to mention the owner is a lolcow so it's fun to dunk on him
