Omos as security whilst Melo wins the US belt. Then they take the tag titles, Melo starts calling himself the Double Gold Standard or something. Then really have some fun with it and have them break up whilst they’ve still got the belts. A single tag belt in each corner for the tag titles. Melo finds a new big guy, Omos loses (his partner eats the pin) and then goes after Melo for the US Title and has a singles run. Melo stays in the tag division and a few years down the line can challenge Omos for like, the IC title as a callback to their old partnership.
