Crowd support was organic. The problem was that in typical Vince fashion, there was no plan for the title reign at all. No plan to make Kofi look credible or to build his reign. He was just feed Ziggler for a few months which was a midcard feud. I'm not saying Kofi was a good choice but Vince being a retard didn't help matters at all
