they have a big midcard full of faces to challenge fallon and they just did nothing with it. kelani rematch where (along with the gauntlet match that fallon won the title in) kelani looks stronger than oba femi and fallon looks weak, tatum match which was a pretty good match and shotzi filler defense to bump the numbers up. she deserved better, she’s one of the best talents in NXT.

Won't matter either way.
I like Fallon but this whole champ run has been just "I'm holding the belt and my stable friends cheat to keep it" kind of deal with little to no personality added. Maybe it's just the programming fault but if there was a feud somewhere there it got lost under Giulia and Steph's arrival. Meanwhile Steph winning it is just same kind of deal because she's so over it's pointless to hold the midcard belt... I guess it's resume filling for a while. Hope the match is good either way.
