It was not a hard break to watch at all, you don't even see it happen. Compared to other wrestling breaks like Sid or various MMA leg/arm snaps, weight lifting bone breaks, really just sports injuries in general it wasn't much to look at. Of course a woman like in the OP pic would overreact about it though if she took that picture for the meme.
