It's worse because he never made a real run as the number 1 wrestling company and the guys who ruined his chances aren't draws like Hogan and the old guard, it was manlets like the Elite who chased away their main stars like Punk and Cody, and forced anti draws like Jungle Boy and Hangman. The show failing is all their fault and he is clueless. They blame vets like Jarret and Cope, but they are there trying to stop the free fall they'd be in without any star power

Heyman was right. Have ONE or else your the old guy fed. Personally I think Christian and sting did a much better job in that role than anyone else has for them

You have to remember, he has a blank check. Its not like even Ted Turner who had to pretend like money mattered sometimes. Not only that he's gotten some of the easiest tv deals and talent deals in history despite his access to money.
If he had to go through the same shit Vince Sr. Jr., Ted Turner, hell even Dixie did AEW wouldn't exist right now kek
TNA shouldn't even be an example since they've been around over 2 decades and are STILL putting on an international tv show with monthly live events. They've been around longer than WCW and AEW combined.

AEW is an example that if you don't "get it" it doesn't matter how much money and free gimmes you get from life, you just won't succeed. He should've stuck to GM mode in the old WWE games, thats his peak booking ability.
