They had the opportunity to make an instant star by giving the win to Roxanne for example (since she was second last out) and it would've been way more exciting.

Im not even a Charlotte mark, but who realistically would have been a good win? The Uso seethe makes sense because there were at least a handful of valid picks.

I could only think that Nia was the "best" choice to go after Tiffy, otherwise Jordynne could have been a "shock" choice that may have worked. Even Roxanne being in the final 2 (let alone 4) is cringe af

I'm not a fan of Uso but he is at least over with the audience. Charlotte has never been over with anyone except geezer commentators. The obvious choice to win would have been Bliss. If you have to have another wrestler eliminated anti-climatically because you are too afraid of the audience booing the person you want to win, you made the wrong choice. Just treat your actual stars like stars.

Why would Liv go after Tiffany and not Rhea who she has a personal beef with? Bliss versus Rhea or Tiffany would not be predictable and you could throw a curve by having Bliss win the first match but lose the feud.

As for Bliss, her coming back and winning the Rumble would be just as offputting as it was when Flair did it. She just returned, give her a build first.

Yes but Liv does not know that. There is no "kayfabe" reason Liv would not go after Rhea. Also a wrestler does not need a "build" before a Rumble. There have been cases before of surprise returns at Rumbles winning and the audience loved it and Bliss was easily the most over person there. There was no ongoing story either that Bliss would have been "screwing up" by winning the Rumble like Batista coming back and winning over Bryan.

The problem with the WWE is that you always know who's winning. Champions will not lose a main belt if they have not held it for over a year and it's not a main event ppv. Anoaʻi family will always win unless facing each other where the least charismatic one will win. Horses will always win unless facing each other in which case Charles>Becky>Bailey. Used to be blacks will always win unless facing Anoaʻi or horses but most of the black talent jumped ship. It's literally the same show forever.
