NXT is the #2 rated wrestling show on television. WWEID and NIL programs have a lot of talent already, enough to fill a few promotions. I want Sapolsky to bring Dragon Gate USA back as well. Bring GCW in as a tertiary affiliate. It's a very robust development and holding system. Ideally Khan swallows his pride, gets a clue, and offers up ROH or something as an affiliate promotion as well.

Between this, their WWEID program and now their stranglehold over TNA, WWE is really trying to fuck AEW over by signing all the potential indie prospects. It's also led to a bit of a roster bloat which they should correct by releasing a bunch of the shitters they've had for half a decade that haven't done anything

Triple H doesn't fire people en masse like Vince did. Because of it, new spots aren't being made on the main roster. So NXT call-ups have slowed down and the NXT roster has gotten too big. It also means the new people who were on NXT Level Up can't really get regular time which is slowing their development down.

So now it goes:

Step 1: Performance Center/WWE ID
Step 2: WWE Evolve, WWE LFG, NXT House Shows, Reality of Wrestling and NXT
Step 3: NXT and TNA
Step 4: WWE Main Roster

It's a win for everyone minus some of the production expenses. The fans get more wrestling. The wrestlers more time. WWE gets more chances to evaluate talent before putting them on the main roster.
