but man is he unathletic. had and still has one of the worst sprints in the biz. he was generally alright pre-break, he had enough bounce that he could keep up with the generally slower pace of wrestling back then, but he has not been too great since his return, especially in wwe. he's clearly blown up by the fifth minute of the match, and he clearly cannot do too much work. a lot of his work now is built around punches and kicks, which is a pretty bad bet for the guy who got so ridiculed for his lackluster strikes in mma.
the best thing he could do is be an IRL shitposter, which is exactly why i loved his last aew matches a lot. dude's a riot when he turns his cunty personality on.
