like he's not taking raw to 3 hours every week, he could squeeze another segment in there and get some more wrestlers some TV time, maybe another match. but he just chooses not to and ends it early.
smackdown is planned to go back to 2 hours a bit after mania. again why? the roster is big enough and there is enough demand for 3 hours. you get to run an extra ad break and get more money so i don't get the hesitancy.
