My take is the threat of divorce along with his avoidant attachment style (which may be autism, he has no shortage of markers to armchair diagnose) led to the murders. Alimony was ruining his current marriage, he was with a confrontational person where benoit was a weirdo passive person. To get out of his current marriage meant more alimony and he was being shuffled down the card to be a third brand stalwart. Family annihilators are not uncommon, I think he was just an evil piece of shit more than he was a roided grandpa brained autist. If you belive the Chris Nowitski take (heavily buoyed by Chris's father) where he had the brain of an 80 year old senile man than I'd ask how he was able to Google travel arrangements and intricately set up the crime scenes. How was he able to travel and perform if he was a functional infant....
