top guys would make less. there are a lot of unions with pay scales in their cba. apehoop literally has max contracts. teachers and cops unions have pay rates based on service time with the theoretically best and worst teachers making the same. like a physics teacher, art teacher and gym teacher all make the same amount assuming they have the same number of years of experience
