Giving the benefit of the doubt to creative, as a booker and writer with a time limit it's kinda hard to justify putting on the lower card if you got your Cody's, Roman's, Fatus, Solos, your new favorite flavors of midget tags all competing for the time and getting bigger reactions with less effort - people just want to see Fatu stare down people, that's already gold.
