They don't do weekly shows. Throughout a month they do tours with lots of smaller house shows. Those tend to be multi-person tags and are optional viewing (but can be fun!). What's important to remember is that a lot of talent is brought up in-house, meaning there are a lot of rookies on the lower card who aren't going to be polished wrestlers like you might be used to seeing. It's fun to watch them grow but don't be disappointed if the first matches you see don't blow you away.
It's hard to recommend particular individuals to keep your eye on because there's really a ton of talent in the company. It's really just a matter learning names.
