Dude, I haven't even mentioned this because even for Tony Khan this is fucking absurd, but rumors are out there that TK is going to stop announcing the dates for future special events so that WWE can no longer counter program.

This news comes from AEW fans so that's why I give it any validity.

I asked the same thing in a related thread. I don't think it would be such a big deal either way, but AEW screwed a lot of Aussie fans. So if Tony didn't even send a ring over (or forgot to), that's pretty newsworthy.

I think it speaks more to what's in Tony's headspace. He really thinks a NXT ppv was the reason Grand Slam failed. They didn't even air at the same time!

And before you give Tony the benefit of the doubt, we're talking about a guy that thought he could book a stadium show without actually looking at the numbers and doing the math (what he went to school for).

Before planning an event, you need to scout out the location first:
>are there enough fans in this region to put on a show
>will there be a wrestling ring available or do I need to fly one in
>does the date chosen conflict with other sporting events
>should I ask the network if this is a good idea
Tony half assed this thing like he half asses everything else. AEW fans will NEVER get a better product until they hold Tony Khan accountable.
