So Harley is a face (good guy) on the TV show, and wants to get under the skin of the cocky Mone who is the heel (bad guy) Harley has a lot of secret talents IRL, one of them being ventriloquism. She parlayed this skill into her wrestling job and has used a puppet to mock her opponent for the last month. Because she is a face (good guy) she uses humor and fake tits to do this.
